In your favourite restaurants, we can find the healthiest menu options. As you can see, we will discuss real life situations, taking all life’s aspects into account. If you are looking at powerful lifestyle objectives, such as longer term weight loss, relief from menopausal trouble, completely getting into shape again, fighting the onset of disease, or hormonal imbalance, we will work out a personal plan on how to accomplish those goals and stick to them long term as well.

This plan starts with a free 1 hour online intake session, followed by a packet of 10 coaching hours. These hours will be split into 1 hour or 30 minute sessions, spread out over 3 to 12 months, depending on your coaching needs. Its all about you and your individual plan! You’ll also get your own web-login with an overview of all coaching sessions and practical information aimed at your personal situation. To top it off, you’ll get one hour for free! So after your free intake session, you’ll have 10 coaching hours, of which you’ll pay only 9, at a total of 540 euros. Book an appointment for your free intake session.
